In this workshop, experienced practitioners and trainers have opportunities to consider several challenges to "interest-based" approaches and what they mean for practice and training. Participants will take part in an in-depth case study of their choice of a family dispute, a workplace dispute, a dispute in an educational setting, a negotiation between a First Nation and a non-aboriginal group, or another topic (subject to the interests of persons registering for the course).
